The fan impeller is an important part of the power system in the sewage treatment equipment. A well-known large-scale water treatment equipment manufacturer in China needs to perform three-dimensional scanning on the fan impeller of an imported sewage treatment equipment, and obtain high-precision three-dimensional data to inversely model the fan impeller. Impellers reduce company losses.
Practical Problems
1. Since the sewage treatment equipment is imported from abroad, there is no data drawing for the fan impeller, and the fan impeller mold opening repair and data reverse reduction drawing are required for the replacement of the parts.
2. The traditional measurement methods (such as inspection tools, fixtures, three coordinates, etc.) are very cumbersome and time consuming, and the fan impeller cannot be accurately and quickly measured.
3. The surface curvature of the fan impeller is large, the arc surface is more, and the precision of the center hole position of the fan impeller is required to be high, which results in the incomplete 3D data volume and cannot meet the data precision.
Solutions
The fan impeller has a large volume and a large arc surface. The customer requires high precision and fast scanning speed. The three-dimensional technical engineer proposes a solution: using our newly developed handheld 3D laser scanner HOLON760, 14+1 laser lines scan very fast. And without the need to spray the developer, the three-dimensional data of the fan impeller can be accurately and quickly obtained to solve the problems faced by the customer.
